Jeff Toronto has extensive experience providing valuation services to public and private sector clients across a broad range of industries, including technology, life sciences, aerospace, and professional services.

Jeff advises publicly traded and privately owned companies on business enterprise valuation, stock-option valuation, purchase price allocation, and the valuation of intangible assets, such as developed technology, trademarks, and trade names, utilizing various forms of the Income, Market, and Cost approaches. He works closely with corporate boards, management teams, and high-net-worth individuals in the context of business valuation and equity valuation.

Prior to joining Stout, Jeff served as an Analyst at Vantage Point Advisors, Inc.
