Mark Longo has deep experience providing economic and financial damages consulting, financial forensics, and expert witness testimony for clients and counsel involved in commercial disputes. He has been retained as an expert on damages for cases in federal and state courts and has testified as an expert witness at deposition, arbitration, and trial.

Mark has nearly 15 years of experience advising on complex financial and accounting matters and conducting economic damage analyses involving the valuation of business interests and the determination of lost profits,  reasonable royalties, unjust enrichment, and lost compensation for lawsuits involving claims of breach of contract and fiduciary duty, intellectual property infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets and confidential information, defamation, shareholder disputes, fraud, class action, personal injury, and others.

Mark has been involved in litigation matters across a wide variety of industries, including financial services, computer and internet hardware and software, telecommunications, industrial and consumer products, logistics and distribution, private equity, real estate, insurance, construction, medical products, biotechnology, and others.
