Lyndsay Capaldo

Lyndsay Capaldo is part of the ESOP & ERISA Advisory group and has extensive experience in providing business valuation and financial advisory services for public and private enterprises.

Her concentration is specifically in the valuation of ownership interests held by Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), including transaction analysis, determination of transaction fairness and adequate consideration, and annual employer security valuation updates. In addition, Lyndsay has a strong background assisting with fairness opinions and solvency opinions for private transactions, mergers and acquisitions, significant financing events (e.g. dividend recaps) and other corporate transactions. 

Lyndsay’s experience spans a diverse client base, from startup private entities to large public corporations, boards of directors, private equity funds, law firms, accounting firms, and financial institutions.
