Joseph A. Krock, Ph.D., is among the country’s leading experts in wage and hour class action litigation and has been retained by numerous clients in nationwide class and collective actions. Additionally, he provides consulting and expert witness testimony services for antitrust, consumer class action, breach of contract, and complex commercial litigation matters. Joseph provides economic and statistical analyses, including econometrics, risk analysis, and sampling and survey design.

As an expert economic and statistical witness, Joseph has provided written and oral testimony in matters pending before the U.S. District Courts in California, the District of Columbia, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, and Texas. He has also provided testimony before the Superior Court of the State of California, the Circuit Court of Florida, the Circuit Court of Illinois, the Civil District Court of Louisiana, and the Circuit Court of Wisconsin, as well as in Federal Multi-District litigation matters. He also participates in private arbitration and mediation matters, and he assists clients with corporate decision-making.

Prior to joining Stout, Joseph held senior positions at The Claro Group, Micronomics, Inc. and Deloitte & Touche. He also served as a lecturer in Economic Theory at University of Chicago.
