Jack Cardello specializes in financial due diligence and M&A advisory, with deep experience supporting private equity firms and strategic clients across both buy and sell-side engagements. He provides expertise in evaluating normalized EBITDA, net working capital (NWC) requirements, purchase agreement terms, and post-closing support.

With over seven years of dedicated diligence experience, Jack has developed extensive industry knowledge across professional services, wealth management, and government contracting. He has played a key role in several landmark transactions in the professional services sector, including the Baker Tilly and Cohn Reznick transactions.

Prior to joining Stout, Jack began his career in audit at Baker Tilly and later worked in M&A advisory at Pipaya Partners, LLC.
