Frank Lim

Frank Lim has experience in SEC reporting and technical accounting that includes revenue recognition, lease accounting, debt and equity instruments, share-based compensation, earnings per share, business combinations, and consolidations. Frank also has over 12 years of assurance experience at EY and BDO, and he offers a broad range of industry experience that includes life sciences, software, technology, manufacturing, and distribution.

Prior to joining Stout, Frank was a Director at Genova Group, where he participated in several IPO-readiness projects in which he was instrumental in addressing critical accounting matters such as debt and equity transactions, earnings per share, and Rule 3-05 reporting requirements. He helped clients navigate through the various reporting requirements and streamline the monthly close and reporting process for timely filings.
