Drew Hoskins

Drew Hoskins has more than 15 years of property valuation and consulting experience, with a concentration on valuations for financial reporting, portfolio valuation, and estate and gift tax reporting.

Drew’s experience encompasses a wide range of commercial real estate engagements covering numerous property types from core properties to special purpose properties. His valuation experience includes assignments across the United States, Europe, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

Drew has consulted on many engagements requiring valuations for financial reporting in connection with ASC 805, ASC 820, ASC 350, and ASC 840 related to purchase price allocations, fair value measurements, positive assurance, goodwill impairment testing, fresh start accounting, and lease accounting. In addition, he has significant portfolio valuation experience as well as net asset valuation (NAV) experience for real estate investment trusts (REITs). Furthermore, Drew has experience with fairness opinions involving real estate company/portfolio transactions.

Prior to joining Stout, Drew was a Director with the Real Estate Advisory Group at Duff & Phelps.
