Byron Delarosa

Byron Delarosa has extensive experience providing finance transformation and integration services to private equity firms focused on middle market companies and to Fortune 100 clients. His expertise has been spent in life science, healthcare, industrials, and TMT.

Byron advises both publicly traded and privately owned companies. He works closely with chief finance officers, corporate controllers, senior directors and vice presidents of finance, and accounting and finance reporting teams in the context of transformational strategic initiatives, finance integration of key people, processes, technologies, and accounting and finance process modeling and optimization.

Prior to joining Stout, Byron was a Manager at Deloitte in its Finance Transformation practice specializing in process stabilization, optimization and improvements, operating model design, FP&A, and shared service and center of excellence standup.
