Byron Delarosa has over five years of experience providing finance transformation and integration services to Fortune 100 clients. His extensive expertise has been spent in the life science and healthcare industry.

Byron advises both publicly traded and privately owned companies. He works closely with corporate controllers, chief finance officers, senior directors and vice presidents of finance, and accounting and finance reporting teams in the context of transformational strategic initiatives, finance integration of key processes, and accounting and finance process modeling and optimization.

Prior to joining Stout, Byron was a Manager at Deloitte in its Finance Transformation practice specializing in process optimization and improvements, operating model design, and shared service and center of excellence standup.
