Bob Svoboda

Bob Svoboda has over 30 years of experience conducting valuations. His primary focus is on valuing heavy industrial properties such as refining & chemicals, midstream oil & gas assets, steel, nonferrous metals & mining, pulp and paper, cement & merchant power. He has also valued real estate, securities, businesses, and intangible assets.

Bob has performed valuations for numerous purposes including property tax, leasing, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcies, and various federal, state, and local tax matters.

He has testified in various matters in US Bankruptcy Court including Southern District of New York, Northern District of Ohio, and Eastern District of Wisconsin; US Tax Court; Tax Court of Canada; and numerous state and local tax venues.
