Ashley Ross has over 12 years of experience in accounting and financial leadership roles, including areas of financial reporting and technical accounting. She helps clients in diverse industries, both public and private, in managing complex accounting and financial reporting matters, including compliance with SEC reporting requirements.
Ashley’s technical accounting experience includes stock-based compensation, revenue recognition, debt transactions, and business combinations. She also has deep experience in the preparation and review of various SEC filings, including annual and interim reporting, and registration statements.
Prior to joining Stout, Ashley managed the SEC reporting function at a Fortune 500 public company. Additionally, she held management roles in financial reporting and technical accounting for various small to mid-cap publicly traded companies.
