Ashleigh Reisig

Ashleigh Reisig has numerous years of experience providing valuation and financial advisory services to clients for tax and financial reporting purposes, with a focus on share-based compensation valuations (IRC 409A and ASC 718), intellectual property matters, and spin-out/reorganizations.

Ashleigh has extensive expertise in the life sciences industry for both early-stage and later-stage privately owned companies. She works closely with in-house counsel, corporate boards, and management teams in the context of business and equity valuations.

Prior to joining Stout, Ashleigh was a Senior Vice President with Vantage Point Advisors, Inc., where she co-led the working team focused on share-based compensation valuations.
