Stout Advises on Sale of SMI Molding

Stout announced that SMI Molding, LLC, a portfolio company of Sage Park, has been acquired by Plastic Components, Inc., a portfolio company of MPE Partners. Stout served as exclusive financial advisor to Sage Park and SMI Molding in connection with this transaction.

SMI Molding, headquartered in Clearfield, Utah, is a leading provider of highly engineered plastic injection molded components for the medical, industrial and consumer markets using complex, flexible and specialty plastic resins. SMI’s comprehensive capabilities include advanced color replication, gas-assist, and insert over-molding, enabling many of the world’s leading end use applications. SMI has a reputation in the industry for its technical expertise, manufacturing capabilities, and product quality.
