Since the client's acquisition by a leading private equity firm, our services have included: acquisition accounting analyses for the company itself and other service providers it has acquired; valuation of incentive awards issued to management of the company, goodwill impairment valuations; and a valuation for charitable gift tax purposes. Most recently, our goodwill impairment analysis was completed for the company's two businesses, each with an enterprise value in excess of $1 billion.
