Supported a global carve-out with complex closing conditions
Aaron and his team completed a carve-out of a leading consumer products business and facilitated the negotiation and pricing structure of transition service agreements, coordinated trading contracts for delayed close countries to ensure business continuity, and managed several workstream across sales, operations, facilities, and the back-office to complete the transfer of the business without disruption. The support included a coordinated approach to planning with the buyer and across business functions. This was considered a complex transaction, as the parent was acquiring another business at the same time, and internal resources had threefold responsibility for both transactions as well as day-to-day operations.
