Stout was retained as an expert witness and testified at deposition on damages in a patent infringement matter. The patent involved a particular aspect of a hot runner manifold system, which is used to make large injection molded plastic automotive parts.  Our analysis included, among other things, an evaluation of lost profits and a reasonable royalty. Our damages opinion was based on a reasonable royalty theory.
