Yadi Niu

Yadi Niu has provided valuation advisory services to privately owned and publicly listed companies, private equity, pension funds, financial institutions, law firms, and accounting firms in connection with financial reporting, transaction opinion, litigation and tax related matters.

She has extensive expertise across a broad range of financial instruments including but not limiting to: various equity derivatives (performance and market based options, warrants, share based compensation, privately held equity interests, etc.), credit derivatives, structured products (ABS, RMBS, CMBS, CLOs), convertible debts, private debts, contingent payments, and portfolios of fixed income instruments.

Prior to joining Stout, Yadi has experience in quantitative research in a Miami-based hedge fund. She also earned her master of financial engineering degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
