Patrick Brown

Pat Brown is responsible for business development and account management activities for the firm. Pat has extensive experience working with public companies, transaction attorneys, financial sponsors, and accounting professionals throughout the Ohio region.

He assists clients with valuations associated with mergers & acquisitions, investments & liabilities, restricted stock & options, tangible & intangible assets, goodwill impairment testing and a variety of tax and legal matters. He also works with boards of directors, special transaction committees, lenders and other fiduciaries regarding fairness and solvency opinions, divestitures, recapitalizations, restructuring, accretion/dilution models, and target company valuations. Pat has extensive experience in the area of financial reporting for both public and private clients.

Prior to joining Stout, Pat was with RR Donnelley as a Senior Sales Representative in their Global Capital Markets Group.
