This scholarship means more than I can ever put into words. As a student with a very untraditional background in the domain of economics and finance, I see this scholarship as a recognition of my willingness to grow and succeed as a student and as a professional in the industry. With this scholarship, I can finally pick up more books and read a lot next semester as I try to develop a rational and unique understanding of the markets and the broader world without worrying about the cost of education. More importantly, its an encouragement to keep learning more about the industry and to refine my understanding of the world.

Mark Roychowdhury

As an international student, the financial burden of studying in the United States places a considerable strain on me and my family. Securing this scholarship not only alleviates this burden but also helps me pursue my double major. This dual focus is crucial for enhancing my skillset, especially in the current industry landscape where proficiency in both finance and computers is pivotal. This scholarship serves as a catalyst, fostering expertise in both domains, and positions me to play a significant role in the ongoing transformations within the industry.
