Stout was retained by a supplier of resins used in 3D printers in a trade secret misappropriation matter. The defendant was accused of improperly using our client’s proprietary information to enter into agreements with third parties and obtaining a patent. We were asked to measure the defendant’s unjust enrichment through use of our client’s proprietary information and to determine our client’s lost profits.
