Aaron and his team supported several private equity firms with technology due diligence where his team evaluated the alignment of business and technology strategy, capability of leadership, platform investments, and scalability of applications and infrastructure. In several cases, his team advised on high-risk issues related to cybersecurity, data protections, and intellectual property, and implemented solutions to mitigate risks to the deal. His team also assessed high-tech and tech-enabled businesses where the target developed its own platform, and his team provided diligence on code quality, cybersecurity, cloud cost, open-source, process quality, code security, and team quality.
