John Trudeau

John Trudeau has extensive experience providing financial due diligence and transaction advisory services to private equity investors and corporate clients across the healthcare industry. His work spans a broad range of healthcare subsectors, including physician and multi-site care, oncology, medical imaging, emergency care, orthopedics, plastics, and aesthetics.

John leads full-scope financial due diligence engagements, serving as the primary point of contact for private equity clients and management teams throughout the transaction process. He performs quality-of-earnings, working capital, normalized EBITDA, pro forma, and post-transaction adjustments, together with oversight of quality of revenue analysis. He works closely with private equity sponsors, management teams, investment bankers, and cross-functional deal advisors to deliver clear, decision-ready insight that supports successful transaction outcomes.

Prior to joining Stout, John was a Manager in the Healthcare Transaction Advisory practice at Alvarez & Marsal. He began his career in the assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, performing financial statement audits across a range of industries.
