Valuation of an estate including a company’s coal rights and oil/gas interests
Alan Harp 专业从事上游石油天然气资产以及勘探和生产 (E&P) 公司的估值。
Alan 拥有超过 25 年的企业估值经验，曾为雪佛龙等大型综合性公司以及众多信托、捐赠基金、对冲基金、私营和上市公司提供税务和遗产规划、公司交易、财务报告以及其他用途的估值意见。他曾就矿产和版税资产的估值向德克萨斯州土地办公室以及德克萨斯州公共账户审计员提供建议。Alan 还为私人矿主提供其所持矿产公允价值方面的建议，并与各种矿产和版税市场参与者保持良好关系。
