Valuation of an estate including a company’s coal rights and oil/gas interests
Alan Harp è specializzato, in particolare, nelle valutazioni di società di esplorazione e produzione (E&P) e proprietà upstream relative al settore petrolifero e del gas.
Alan ha oltre 25 anni di esperienza nella valutazione aziendale e ha fornito importanti pareri in merito a: pianificazione successoria e fiscale, operazioni societarie, rendicontazione finanziarie e molto altro a grandi società integrate, come Chevron, e per diversi trust, dotazioni, hedge fund, aziende private e società quotate. Ha operato come consulente per Texas General Land Office e Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts in merito alla valutazione di proprietà minerarie e di royalty. Alan offre le sue consulenze anche a proprietari minerari in relazione al valore equo delle loro holding e ha relazioni con diversi attori del mercato minerario e delle royalty.
Prima di entrare a far parte di Stout, Alan è stato Managing Director senior presso HFBE, dove ha guidato il gruppo dedicato alla valutazione energetica specializzato nella valutazione di società di E&P a proprietà ristretta.
