La sua esperienza include la collaborazione con organizzazioni sanitarie, avvocati, amministratori, fornitori, sviluppatori, consulenti, banche di investimento e gruppi di private equity in relazione a transazioni nel settore sanitario. Molte delle transazioni analizzate riguardano Stark, Anti-Kickback, IRC 501(c)(3) e/o altre implicazioni normative, che richiedono l'analisi del valore equo di mercato e la determinazione della ragionevolezza commerciale.

Prima di entrare in Stout, Daniel è stato direttore presso HealthCare Appraisers, Inc. nel team di valutazione aziendale e consulenza sulle transazioni. Ha anche precedenti esperienze nella ricerca azionaria sell-side fornendo analisi di investimento su società sanitarie quotate in borsa.

Daniel è CFA Charterholder dal 2017 e Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in Business Valuation presso l'American Society of Appraisers dal 2019. Daniel è stato intervistato come esperto del settore e pubblicato in numerose importanti pubblicazioni commerciali del settore sanitario e della valutazione.
