Brendan Henry specializes in financial due diligence and M&A advisory, supporting private equity firms and corporate clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions. His experience covers a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, retail and consumer products, technology, and healthcare.
Brendan advises clients throughout the M&A process, analyzing quality of earnings, evaluating working capital requirements, identifying debt-like items, preparing closing statements, and reviewing purchase agreements. Beyond diligence, he has supported clients in M&A integration by establishing Integration Management Offices and overseeing 100-day planning and Day One readiness.
Prior to joining Stout, Brendan served as a Senior Manager in Connor Group’s Transaction Advisory practice. He began his career in audit at PwC before joining KPMG’s Deal Advisory and Strategy group, where he guided clients through the adoption of new accounting standards and the financial reporting implications of mergers and acquisitions.
