Aaron and his team facilitated the integration planning, synergy analysis and Day One readiness for a strategic high-tech acquisition. Synergy analysis focused on product strategy to determine the glide path to sunset select products while reinvesting savings into a new platform service. Redesigned the operating model and organization to compete in a new market, aligned service and support the back-office to support a rapid growth strategy.
