Stout provided valuation advisory work relating to financial reporting of investment fair values.  Our client, a public employee retirement plan, maintains a diversified portfolio with certain investments in non-convertible debt, real estate investment trusts, limited partner interests, and other secondary investments.  Stout provided independent, third-party valuations of such investments using valuation approaches in accordance with relevant reporting standards.
