Jeff Risius ist Managing Director, Co-Leader des Geschäftsbereichs Bewertungsberatung des Unternehmens und Chief Client Service Officer des Unternehmens. Er verfügt über mehr als 30 Jahre Erfahrung in der Bewertungsberatung und gehört landesweit zu den führenden Experten auf diesem Gebiet.

Jeff verfügt über umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Transaktionsberatung für Unternehmen aus verschiedensten Branchen sowie in der Bewertungsberatung für Gesellschafter im Rahmen der Vermögensnachfolgeplanung und für andere Zwecke. Zudem ist Jeff Mitglied des Fairness Opinion Committee von Stout. Dieses Gremium legt die interne Richtlinie für Stout fest und prüft die Entwürfe für Stellungnahmen, die von Mitgliedern der Stout-Geschäftsbereiche Transaction und ESOP Advisory eingereicht werden. Jeff wird häufig als Sachverständiger, Berater oder neutraler Dritter in großen Rechtsstreitigkeiten verpflichtet, bei denen es um komplexe Bewertungsfragen, beispielsweise Gesellschafterstreitigkeiten, Fälle betrügerischer Übertragung, Transaktionsstreitigkeiten und Bewertungsstreitigkeiten in Zusammenhang mit Insolvenzen geht.

Jeff hat Vorträge und zahlreiche Fortbildungsseminare zu Bewertungsfragen, Rechtsverfahrensberatung, Nachfolgeplanung und Transaktionsberatung gehalten.
