Jeff Risius è un membro del Consiglio di Amministrazione e del team esecutivo di Stout e svolge il ruolo di Chief Client Service Officer dell'azienda. In questo ruolo, Jeff guida i presidenti delle divisioni aziendali nel coordinamento delle strategie go-to-market e delle best practice operative.

Prima di ricoprire questo ruolo, Jeff è stato a capo del gruppo di Consulenza in materia di valutazioni dell'azienda. Con oltre trent'anni di esperienza nella fornitura di servizi di consulenza valutativa, è uno dei massimi esperti del settore a livello nazionale.

Jeff vanta un'ampia esperienza nella fornitura di servizi di consulenza in materia di transazioni ad aziende in un'ampia tipologia di settori e nella consulenza sulle valutazioni agli azionisti, anche a fini di pianificazione successoria. È inoltre membro del comitato Pareri di congruità di Stout, che delinea la politica aziendale interna e revisiona i pareri a cui giungono i membri del gruppo Consulenza su ESOP e operazioni. Jeff viene spesso ingaggiato in qualità di esperto, consulente o terza parte neutrale in occasione di controversie che coinvolgono alti interessi economici e valutazioni complesse, comprese controversie tra azionisti, problematiche relative a cessioni fraudolente, controversie in materia di transazioni e procedimenti fallimentari che coinvolgono le attività di valutazione.

Ha tenuto numerosi seminari di formazione integrativa, in qualità di oratore e presentatore, sui servizi di valutazione, consulenza per contenziosi, pianificazione successoria e consulenza in materia di transazioni.
