Jeff Risius è Managing Director, condirettore del gruppo Consulenza in materia di valutazioni e Chief Client Service Officer di Stout. Ha oltre 30 anni di esperienza nella fornitura di servizi di consulenza in materia di valutazione, campo in cui è uno dei maggiori esperti del paese.

Jeff ha una vasta esperienza nei servizi di consulenza sulle transazioni per aziende attive in un'ampia gamma di settori e nella consulenza in materia di valutazioni per azionisti, anche a scopo di pianificazione successoria. È inoltre membro del comitato Pareri di congruità di Stout, che delinea la politica aziendale interna e revisiona i pareri a cui giungono i membri del gruppo Consulenza su ESOP e transazioni. Jeff viene spesso ingaggiato in qualità di esperto, consulente o terza parte neutrale in occasione di controversie che coinvolgono alti interessi economici e valutazioni complesse, comprese controversie tra azionisti, problematiche relative a cessioni fraudolente, controversie in materia di transazioni e procedimenti fallimentari che coinvolgono le attività di valutazione.

Ha tenuto numerosi seminari formativi continui, in qualità di oratore e presentatore, sui servizi di valutazione, consulenza per contenziosi, pianificazione successoria e consulenza in materia di transazioni.
