Cécile Dussac

Cécile Dussac has over five years of experience providing financial due diligence and M&A services to private equity, large corporate, and entrepreneur clients. She has expertise across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and business services.

Cécile advises clients throughout the M&A transaction process, including services related to sell-side and buy-side engagements, such as analyzing quality-of-earnings, evaluating working capital needs, and identifying debt-like items.

Prior to joining Stout, Cécile spent five years at Deloitte France in the M&A and Transaction Services team. During this time, she provided due diligence services on over 30 buy-side and sell-side engagements across various industries in France, Europe, and North America. She also worked for 18 months at Berney Associés in Geneva, Switzerland, as an M&A Senior Analyst.
