She has successfully built compliance frameworks from the ground up, transforming regulatory requirements into practical operational strategies that strengthen organizational integrity, reduce risk, and support business growth.

Her expertise spans healthcare compliance, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) privacy and security, Medicare and Medicaid regulations, coding and billing compliance, third-party risk management, physician practice compliance, and healthcare accreditation readiness.

She has led complex compliance investigations, developed enterprise-wide policies and procedures, implemented compliance hotlines and reporting programs, created comprehensive auditing and monitoring frameworks, and established governance structures that promote accountability and ethical decision making. She identifies emerging risks, implements pragmatic solutions, and fosters cultures where compliance is viewed as a strategic business partner rather than a regulatory obligation.

Prior to her current role, Jessica served in senior compliance leadership positions with national healthcare organizations, including serving as Vice President of Compliance for acute and high-acuity care services, where she provided compliance oversight, reported directly to executive leadership and governing committees, and drove organization-wide compliance, privacy, and ethics initiatives. She has also led HIPAA privacy programs, vendor risk management programs, Health Information Trust Alliance (HITRUST) certification efforts, and Joint Commission and state licensure readiness activities.
