Sean Swiatek is a leader in Stout’s Financial Planning & Analysis and Performance Visibility practice area. He is a cross-functional expert with extensive experience in strategic advisory, hands-on execution, and industry leadership.

Sean is a trusted partner for organizations seeking strategic decision making and strengthening financial performance. His engagement work focuses on process and optimization in the FP&A function, and he has consistently helped his clients navigate complex transformations across people, process, and technology. He has a depth of expertise across the corporate finance continuum, including FP&A stand-up, planning and execution, performance visibility, KPI reporting, and liquidity management. His client experience ranges from start up to enterprise-level organizations in both the private and public sectors.

Prior to joining Stout, Sean was a Partner in the Business Transformation practice at CFGI, where he specialized in Strategic Finance and Analytics and was a firmwide leader in Healthcare and Life Sciences. Incrementally, Sean has spent time in leadership positions across both payer and provider healthcare organizations.
