David Jones

David Jones has extensive experience providing business and financial advisory services to distressed and underperforming companies. His professional experience spans both Chapter 11 and out-of-court situations, supporting management teams and stakeholders through financial and operational restructurings.

David has worked closely with various stakeholders, including management, secured and unsecured creditors, equity holders, legal advisers, and other interested parties involved in these deals. He has technical experience developing and maintaining 13-week cash flow forecasts, creating and analyzing complex financial models, performing insolvency and solvency analyses, creating and evaluating business plans, assessing go-forward profitability, and conducting detailed liquidation and recovery analyses.

Prior to joining Stout, he was an Analyst in the Corporate Finance and Restructuring Services group at The Claro Group.
