Riley Speir

Riley Speir has extensive experience providing accounting and financial reporting advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients across both private and public sectors. She has supported organizations spanning a range of industries, including professional services, manufacturing, e-commerce, and software as a service (SaaS).

Riley specializes in finance integration and business transformation initiatives for founder-owned and private equity-backed companies. Her experience includes accelerating the management reporting cycle, enhancing finance operations, and supporting clients through the full lifecycle of mergers and acquisitions.

Riley has expertise in post-merger and acquisition accounting integration, complex accounting and audit issues, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and implementations.

Prior to joining Stout, Riley held accounting and advisory roles with Citrin Cooperman (formerly Signature Analytics) and served as Senior Manager of Accounting at Syner-G BioPharma Group, where she led key accounting and reporting initiatives.
