Megan Todd works extensively on issues involving the assessment of pay equity and discrimination, the estimation of wage and hour damages, the projection of future workforce requirements, and the evaluation of labor market industry and occupation trends. She has served as an expert or consultant in a number of class action matters, such as determining damages for breach of contract, unfair business practices, false advertising, and unpaid overtime. With her strong background in methods, she has led analyses evaluating surveys and sampling, costs and benefits, impacts, economic losses, and regressions. Megan also has experience in topics like health insurance, bankruptcy, industrial organization, and public economics.
Prior to joining Stout, Megan worked at Micronomics, an economic and statistical consulting firm. She also previously worked as an Assistant Research Professor at Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce and as a Researcher at the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission.
