Mark verfügt über fast 20 Jahre Erfahrung mit Mitarbeiterbeteiligungsprogrammen, einschließlich der Sicherheitsbildung für das Mitarbeiterbeteiligungsprogramm, Transaktionsanalysen, der Feststellung der Angemessenheit von Transaktionen und der angemessenen Berücksichtigung sowie jährlicher Bewertungsaktualisierungen.
