Dieter Denruyter

Dieter Denruyter has extensive experience providing strategic advice to Fortune 500 and private equity mega/large cap funds, interacting directly with C-suite executives, operating teams, and investment professionals. He specializes in corporate and growth strategy, large-scale transformations, and M&A (including commercial diligence, PMI) across industrials, energy, and professional services clients.

Prior to joining Stout, Dieter spent seven years at Boston Consulting Group as a Principal. He led strategy engagements and profitability transformations for automotive, aerospace, oil and gas, building materials, heavy machinery, distribution, and other clients. Overall, he has created over $5 billion in value for his clients across North America and Europe. Before BCG, he worked as a Business Development Manager in industrial gases for Air Liquide in Germany. Prior to that, Dieter was a consultant for Sia Partners in its Brussels office.

Dieter has experience working in over 10 countries and is professionally fluent in English, Dutch, French, and German.
