Brian Healy

Brian Healy has extensive experience providing accounting advisory services to public and private companies. He has led teams through complex transactions, including IPO and SPAC readiness, significant acquisitions, and general SEC reporting support. He brings deep expertise in public company readiness and financial reporting, serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership during periods of strategic change.

Brian’s technical strengths include U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting, with experience across capital markets transactions, regulatory reporting, accounting policy development, and the implementation of emerging accounting guidance.

Prior to joining Stout, Brian was a Director in RSM US LLP’s Public Company Accounting Advisory practice and previously held management positions in Technical Accounting, Controllership, Financial Reporting, and Finance for a Fortune 50 global auto manufacturer. He was also a Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers and previously held positions as a Director of Accounting for a best-practice research company and as a Senior Manager of Technical Accounting for an international wireless provider.
