Dee Soule

Dee Soule is a coding consultant and testifying expert with more than 30 years of experience in healthcare billing, coding, auditing, and compliance. She combines deep technical knowledge with a practical, real-world approach to helping healthcare organizations improve documentation, strengthen compliance, and support operational effectiveness.

As a project manager supporting the integrity audit function, Dee works closely with coding teams to answer questions, provide guidance, and identify additional resources. Her experience began in emergency room admissions, giving her firsthand insight into how billing, collections, coding, and documentation work together in practice.

She specializes in coding compliance reviews, documentation improvement, HIPAA training, and full office compliance reviews. Dee also provides audit and litigation support services in personal injury protection and fraud matters and has served as a testifying expert.

Previously, she was a Coding Consultant at Allegiant Experts, which was acquired by Stout.
