Stout was engaged to determine the fair market value of seven foreign and domestic legal entities of a global, public technology company for corporate tax-planning purposes.  Stout assessed the reasonableness of the financial forecasts prepared by management and prepared a valuation of the entities using the Income and Market Approaches.
