Stout was retained by a U.S. Research Foundation to perform a royalty compliance audit on the accuracy of licensee’s reported royalty amount. Through reviewing and analyzing of licensee’s books and records as well as interviews with licensee’s personnel, we found additional unreported and unpaid royalties. We also assisted the client in negotiation and they ultimately received all unpaid royalties.
