Client challenge

Client could not accurately calculate key customer metrics because data sets used as input were very large (200+ million records).

Solution

We analyzed all existing large datasets and stored them in a centralized data repository where we could query them. Some of the most important tasks completed were:

  • Cleaned and transformed data by developing custom programming code
  • Calculated financial metrics efficiently by implementing optimized big data techniques
  • Generated data insights and visualized patterns and anomalies we discovered

Outcome
