Stout served as exclusive financial advisor to Engineered Polymers Corp. (EPC) in connection with its sale to Imperial Plastics, a portfolio company of Goldner Hawn Johnson & Morrison. Headquartered in Mora, Minnesota, EPC manufactures large, highly engineered injection molded components for the recreational vehicle, farm and agricultural equipment, and other industrial end markets. EPC specializes in components that are very large in size requiring large-scale molding equipment and unique technical expertise.
