Philip M. Prima di entrare a far parte di Stout, Schwab ha lavorato per oltre 20 anni presso FMV Opinions, dove ha guidato il gruppo di valutazione di beni nazionali alternativi dell'azienda, specializzato nella determinazione di sconti di valore equo di mercato dovuti a mancanza di controllo o commerciabilità. Precedentemente, ha ricoperto il ruolo di controllere per tre anni e di manager generale per un anno presso una società di distribuzione all'ingrosso con sede nella California del Sud; qui le sue responsabilità includevano la pianificazione della spesa di capitale, la gestione dei flussi di cassa e della fatturazione attiva e passiva, la preparazione di dichiarazioni e lo svolgimento di analisi finanziare, la gestione del personale e delle buste paga e l'analisi e la definizione del budget finanziario.
