Client challenge

Client wanted to draw insights from customer behavioral data and personalize online products and promotions

Solution

We architected a data transformation plan and helped the client deploy customized products and promotions in all digital channels by completing these tasks:

  • Used advanced ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools to ensure data integrity and applied transformations to the data
  • Stored all available data in a cloud-based (SaaS) data lake environment
  • Discovered insights by applying several machine learning and statistical algorithms and chose the ones that provided the best results
  • Integrated existing online and mobile platforms with customer insights database
  • Dynamically created personalized promotions and products for consumers based on data patterns
  • The AI models were agile so that the customer insights were adapting to consumer behaviors based on new data patterns

Outcome

The client was pleased with our predictive AI models which were able to understand consumer behavior accurately. As a result, sales increased by 4% and sales conversion rate (online visitors that purchased products) went up by 8%.
