Stout was engaged as a consultant to the Independent Monitor appointed by NHTSA for the Takata Airbag Recall and Coordinated Remedy Program. The Takata Airbag Recall is the largest and most complex automotive safety recall in U.S. history. We have worked to assist the Independent Monitor in data collection, analysis, and consulting in an effort to monitor the recall and to identify ways to accelerate the recall’s effective completion.
