Ashleigh Barker

Ashleigh Barker is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking group at Stout, where she advises family-owned businesses, private equity firms, and corporate clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments, private placements, divestitures, recapitalizations, and other strategic advisory mandates.

Ashleigh specializes in the beauty, personal care, and wellness industries, bringing more than 15 years of deep sector expertise and a broad network of strategic and financial buyer relationships.

Prior to joining Stout, Ashleigh was a senior member of Lincoln International, where she established and led the firm’s beauty and personal care practice. Before Lincoln, she was a senior member of Michel Dyens & Co., where she led the firm’s North American coverage of the beauty, personal care, wellness, and premium branded consumer goods. Earlier in her career, Ashleigh served as Executive Director of New Business Development at The Estée Lauder Companies and before that worked with Deutsche Bank’s Global Consumer Retail Group advising leading multinational companies on M&A transactions and financing transactions across the consumer sector.
