Jerry and his team were hired to provide structuring and tax due diligence services in connection with our client’s acquisition of 16 subsidiaries operating in 23 countries from a non-U.S. seller.

Work performed:

• Developed a holding company structure to allow tax efficient repatriation and intercompany financing
• Performed tax due diligence on the material tax jurisdictions
• Advised on the integration of the target entities with the client’s U.S.-based platform company
