Dave DeMasi

Dave DeMasi has extensive experience advising private equity firms, financial institutions, and asset managers on commercial due diligence, growth strategy, and technology-enabled transformation. He helps investment professionals and management teams validate deal theses and translate diligence findings into growth and technology plans.

Prior to joining Stout, Dave founded Flightline, a technology-driven consulting firm focused on commercial due diligence for the private equity sector. Before Flightline, he served as Chief Growth Officer of OnCorps, an artificial intelligence company serving large asset managers. Earlier, Dave was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he spent five years advising financial services and private equity clients.

Dave began his career in finance, with experience in investment banking and private equity, including a role at GTCR.
