Ben Wiseman

Ben Wiseman has extensive experience providing valuation services to both public and private sector clients. He has expertise across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, oil and gas, manufacturing, distribution, retail, construction, transportation, trucking, restaurants, gaming, professional services, technology, professional sports teams, media and entertainment, and financial services. 

Ben advises both publicly traded and privately owned companies on purchase price allocations (ASC 805), impairment analyses (ASC 350), stock-compensation-related valuations (ASC 718), and portfolio valuations. He also has experience with solvency and fairness opinion engagements. 

Ben has worked with a broad client base including, but not limited to, private equity and hedge funds, venture capital firms, small and middle-market businesses, publicly traded enterprises, and business development companies.
